Best of Bootie 2007If you’re a fan of mashups, or if you just love free music of dubious legality, you could do worse than checking out the Best of Bootie 2007:

Best of Bootie 2007 (via BoingBoing)

At 21 tracks, this is over 1 hour of mashed up goodness from the likes of DJ Earworm, Party Ben, and A Plus D from the San Francisco scene, with superb standout tracks from UK-based Mark Vidler, aka Go Home Productions (mashing Iggy Pop’s ‘Passenger’ with Peggy Lee’s ‘Fever’) and Matt Hite (Cassie’s ‘Me & You’ and Yazoo). You can also download customized CD artwork and a tracklisting.

And if that’s not enough there’s even 10 bonus tracks for free on the same site.
